Below is a full breakdown of what we offer, what it costs, and how it all works.
All fees are calculated as a percentage of your sale price, and can be rolled into escrow so you don’t pay out of pocket.

Property Listing & Sale

Rate: 2.25% of sale price

What’s included:

💡 This is your full listing agent fee. No dual-representation pressure. We negotiate solely on your behalf.

Moving Logistics Coordination

Rate: 0.25% of sale price

What’s included:

  • Booking and managing professional movers

  • Packing and unpacking coordination

  • Timing the move to align with closings

  • Vehicle relocation (if applicable)

  • Utility transfers and mail forwarding support

Out-of-State Home Search & Purchase Coordination

Rate: 0.25% of sale price

What’s included:

  • Connecting you with a trusted local agent in your destination state

  • Coordination of virtual or in-person home tours

  • Offer strategy and support during negotiations

  • Coordination of escrow, title, and closing paperwork

  • New home utility setup assistance

💬 You won’t be left on your own in another state. We stay with you every step of the way.

Full Contract & Timeline Management (Both Sides)

Rate: 0.15% of sale price

What’s included:

  • Scheduling inspections, appraisals, and signings

  • Managing all deadlines and contingency periods

  • Coordination between lenders, title, escrow, and both agents

  • Ensuring smooth simultaneous closings in both states

Concierge Support Services

Rate: 0.10% of sale price

What’s included:

  • Local recommendations (schools, doctors, DMV, etc.)

  • Change of address support

  • Setting up mail delivery and voter registration

  • Emergency point of contact during the move

  • Personal relocation concierge by text/call
